(ANS – Turin) – The beating heart of devotion to Mary Help of Christians in the whole Salesian world is, without any doubt, the Basilica of Valdocco. Begun in April 1865 and completed in June 1868, the shrine  continues to be a place of pilgrimage. There is a rich programme of preparations and celebrations for May 24th. It will be possible to follow some events on live television and streaming.

• Solemn concelebration presided over by Mons. Savio Hon Tai Fai, SDB, Secretary of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.- 11:00 streaming –  13:00 repeated on Telepace.
• Solemn concelebration, presided over by  Fr Adriano Bregolin, vicar of the Rector Major - 18:30
• Solemn procession presided over by Mons.  Cesare Nosiglia, Archbishop of Turin -  20:30.
