Manouba, Tunisia – July  2012 – During July the Salesian Oratory in  Manouba opened its doors for the summer activities to about fifty  youngsters. 
Taking part in the events: games, sports, cultural led by some  Salesians were also some of the parents as well as some leaders from the Salesian Oratory in  Arezzo, Italy.

Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica – 19 May 2013 – On 19 May, more than 300 people took part in the Feast of Mary Help of Christians at the Centro Don Bosco, San Isidro in El General. The Feast began with Mass presided over by Fr Modesto Vásquez.  Various recreational activities followed as well as artistic exhibitions from different groups in the Salesian House, and a Carnival organized by the Salesian Cooperators. The day ended with the traditional race in honour of Our Lady Help of Christians.
Urnieta, Spain – May 2013 – On 10 and 11 May, the second Training Course was held at the Salesian House in Pake Leku for new teachers of the Bilbao Province. The central theme was the Preventive System in Salesian Education. Don Bosco’s Educational Style was analysed in the light of the writings which refer to the priorities and attitudes, and the educative environment at Valdocco. Fr Isidro Revilla led the reflection and invited the participants to apply the principles and values of the Preventive System to their daily work as educators. The two-day meeting ended with a talk from Fr Felix Urra, Provincial of the Bilbao Province, in which he thanked the participants for their commitment and wished them well in their work.
San Pedro Carchá, Guatemala – May 2013 – The Sisters of the Resurrection are a local religious congregation founded among the Q’eqchi people. They work in rural parts of the country offering assistance to children, young people and adults, and form part of the Salesian Family. They took part recently in a training programme for the use of internet, electronic post, social networks, and digital photography, all designed to help them in their pastoral work.
Toronto, Canada – 3 May 2013 – Since October 2012, in this Year of the Faith, the SYM in Toronto has held a monthly night vigil called “Night of the Visitation”. It consists of a night of prayer, adoration, faith testimonies, and sharing, all organized by the young people. On 3 May last, the theme was the culture of death, characterized by abortion, which is in total contrast to the hope that Easter brings of a new culture of life.
