Puerto Casado, Paraguay - December 2018 - On December 15, deacon Peter Nguyen Anh Duy, a Salesian missionary from Vietnam, was ordained a priest by the laying on of hands and the consecratory prayer of Msgr. Gabriel Escobar, Salesian bishop of the Apostolic Vicariate of Chaco Paraguayo.
