Italy - Feast of Don Bosco in Salesian places. The main celebrations broadcast live

(ANS - Turin) - 31 January: Don Bosco and his love for the young are being celebrated throughout the Salesian world today, but the center of the celebration, at the charismatic and symbolic level, remains the places of Don Bosco. At Colle Don Bosco and Valdocco there will be a successsion of events and celebrations throughout the day. 

Of special note:

  • at 11:00 (UTC + 1), from the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians in Turin, the solemn Eucharist, presided over by Msgr. Cesare Nosiglia, archbishop of Turin - visible live on TELEPACE - SKY HD channel 515.
  • at 6.30 pm, the solemn Eucharist for young people of the Salesian Youth Movement, presided by Fr Francesco Cereda, Vicar of the Rector Major, and animated by the chorus of the Casale Monferrato oratory - visible live on Facebook on the ANS page.
