(ANS - Nairobi) - We define him a Salesian "of doing", Fr Felice Molino, 70, of whom more than 50 as a Son of Don Bosco and about 37 as a missionary in Africa. "My life is dedicated to others," he says. "Over the years I have carried out many activities for children, for street children and for the support of mothers in difficulty. They are the center of my activity, and for them over the years I have refined an intervention strategy aimed at recovery and integration into society." This is his story.
(ANS - Madrid) - Fr Santiago Dominguez is the Coordinator of the Salesian Youth Centers of Spain and also of his Province "Spain-Saint James Major" (SSM). In this interview he tells us what his work consists of: being among the young people attending the Youth Centers and the Oratories and sharing a lot of time with them, as well as representing the Confederation of Youth Centers in various socio-political forums, and of his work, more specifically, as Secretary General of the Platform for Children.
(ANS - Catania) – He will be 100 years old next May and at his venerable age, still very lucid, he works as Delegate for the Past Pupils of the Union of Salette-San Cristoforo, in Catania: Fr Rodolfo di Mauro, Salesian since 1938, a priest for over 70 years, with a store of incredible memories linked, above all, to the Salesian house "Salette" in Catania.
(ANS - Tappita) - Tappita, a village in Liberia, 400 km from the capital Monrovia, in the middle of the forest, is truly a place on the world's outer edge. "It is the most classical mission far and distant from every known place. I am in a remote village, forgotten by the local government, but not, we hope, by God," is the first comment of Fr Riccardo Castellino, SDB, with his new mission.
