(ANS – Juba) – At the Don Bosco centre at Juba (South Sudan), where Salesians have a school, a Vocational Training Centre (TVET), a Parish, a Refugee Camp for 15,000 Internally Displaced People (IDP), the “Caritas Sisters of Jesus” run a health centre that serves the beneficiaries of all our large work in Gumbo. “Caritas Sisters of Jesus” are a member of the Salesian Family since 1986, the Japan born Sisters Congregation (1937) with almost 1000 members is witnessing the Gospel in 16 different countries in all five continents.

(ANS – Rome) – As is the case each year, new missionaries ad gentes were sent out by the Rector Major in 2018, as part of the 149^th Salesian Missionary Expedition. One of them is Cl. Anthony Panmei. His destination was the ICC (Central Italian province) with its headquarters in Rome.

(ANS - Rome) - Fr Alejandro Guevara Rodríguez, SDB, a 47-year-old Spanish Salesian, has been the new World Spiritual Animator of the Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA) since last 20 September, when the Marian Day in Turin-Valdocco took place.  This is how he presents himself to the members of the association and to the whole Salesian Family.
