Misiones, Argentina - July 2017 - On July 7th, the National Day of Soil Conservation was celebrated at the Salesian Agrarian Institute "Pascual Gentilini". More than 400 primary school students from the area attended the event. They had the chance to listen to lectures, visit the pavilions set up by the students of the "Gentilini" institute and attend the presentations of practical experiences with soil, such as erosion, agriculture, different projects and techniques, and the plantation of Lapacho trees.
