Lourdes, France - October 2019 - The Salesian Family meeting was held in Lourdes from 28 to 31 October on the theme "Educating in the digital age," with the 650 participants. Present at the event were Cardinal Cristóbal López, SDB, archbishop of Rabat; Sister Geneviève Pelsser, Provincial of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians of Southern Belgium, and Marc Venesson, General Delegate of "Vers le Haut". The participants were able to revitalize themselves with Eucharistic celebrations, moments of prayer and the traditional procession with torches. They visited the places where Bernadette lived her childhood and youth. The electro-pop Christian band "Holi" animated the meeting, especially the times of prayer and vigil. Furthermore, specific events were scheduled for young people with the Salesians, FMA and animators of the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM).
