(ANS - Yangon) - Myanmar is a state that remains among Asia's poorest, with 32.7% of the population living below the poverty line and with an economy that suffers from decades of stagnation and isolation. There are many young people living on the street, on the margins of society, often in inhuman conditions and without access to education. It is precisely to offer a future to these young people that the "Opera Don Bosco Foundation" has been active in Myanmar for years now.
(ANS - Madrid) - A solidarity book that arises almost by chance, through the messages of encouragement that a father left to his son every day so that the boy could look at them during school recess or at any other time of day. This book was born as the Salesian "good morning", that message that Salesians from around the world bring to the children of their schools, institutes, centers or oratories. It is a short message, but it helps to raise one's eyes to God, a message that encourages and gives strength. The book on solidarity has as its protagonist the little Adael who started reading the messages as: "(have a) happy day, smile, have fun, thank, learn, listen, share ..." and he learned to keep them all like little treasures.
