Lagos, Nigeria - June 2020 - In an attempt to reduce the spread of coronavirus, the Governor of the State of Lagos has announced the mandatory use of masks in public places, inviting all institutions to support the initiative called #maskuplagos. The Salesian Youth Center of Iju, in Lagos, responded to the Governor's appeal and, with the support of "Don Bosco Mondo", began training staff for the production of masks to be distributed to the population of the Ifako Ijaiye area and neighboring areas.
