Brasilia, Brazil - May 2020 - On May 30, at the invitation of the Vice-President of the World Confederation of Past Pupils of Don Bosco and World Councilor for the America Region, Eduardo Pessoa Cavalcante, the first virtual meeting of the Presidents and Delegates of the Past Pupils of Don Bosco of the Americas took place. After the Vice President's opening speech and the presentation of each participant, the agenda of the meeting was shown and important information was shared on the decisions and actions taken by the World Confederation of Past Pupils. Then each participant presented the situation of their country in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. It emerged that the Past Pupils are committed to supporting the poorest and youngest in every circumstance and location, both materially and spiritually. Also, the activities for the 150th anniversary of the Past Pupils of Don Bosco were presented.
