Mexico City, Mexico - January 2021 - On 23 January in the parish-shrine of Mary Help of Christians, Msgr. Salvador Cleofás Murguía Villalobos SDB, Bishop of the Prelature of Mixes Oaxaca, ordained the Salesian Ernesto Solís Pérez a priest. Present at the ceremony were Fr Ignacio Ocampo Uribe, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Mexico City (MEM), several Salesians and the parents of the new priest. The ceremony took place behind closed doors in compliance with sanitation measures and was broadcast on social networks with a large audience participation.
