San Salvador, El Salvador - April 2021 - Holy Week 2021 in the parish of “Mary Help of Christians”, “Don Rúa”, was lived with great fervor by the Salesian community and by the faithful, although the pandemic still imposes many restrictions. The Salesian community prepared each celebration according to the pastoral guidelines provided by the Archbishopric of San Salvador and in compliance with the biosecurity protocols. To ensure that the temple did not exceed its maximum capacity, a chapel was enabled, and screens were set up in the gardens. The various parish groups worked to help the faithful find a place and in the disinfection and cleaning of the benches and chairs in the three different spaces. All the celebrations were also broadcast on Facebook.
