Panama - Cooperation agreement signed between Chamber of Commerce, Don Bosco Technical Institute and VTC San Juan Bosco

Panama City, Panama - July 2021 - On 6 July, as part of the country's commitment for the integral development, the Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture of Panama signed a cooperation agreement with the Don Bosco Technical Institute and the new Center of Vocational Training "San Juan Bosco". The agreement shall promote the development of technical and professional activities such as dual training, internships and professional internships for teachers and students, as well as the development of careers and technical courses for businesses. It is important to note that this project will encourage young people to achieve comprehensive vocational training which offers them the possibility of effective integration into the world of work. The agreement was signed for the Chamber of Commerce by Eng. José Ramón Icaza, for the Don Bosco Technical Institute by Fr Edward de La O, SDB, as legal representative of the work, in the presence of Dr. Victor Costella, director of the new VTC "San Juan Bosco".
