Dili, East Timor - December 2021 - Last 30 December, the Salesians, novices and aspirants of the Vice Province of East Timor (TLS) gathered to celebrate the Provincial Day and to express their gratitude for the gift of the Salesian vocation that they received from God. The celebration began with a conference on Fr Albera, given by Fr João Gaspar, who has just finished his studies at the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome. In conclusion, Fr Apolinário Maria Ornai Neto, Superior of the Salesian Vice Province of East Timor, presided over the Eucharist. Fr Neto concluded the homily by reminding the confreres of the missionary appeal of the Rector Major for 2022 and encouraging the Salesians to always spread the Good News wherever they are sent.
