Bukavu, D.R. Congo - May 2022 - Students in their final year of the printing training course at the "Don Bosco Ngangi" Institute in Goma are carrying out a guided school visit to several printing centers in Bukavu these days, from May 11 to 13. The visit, organized by the school, aims to enable these students, at the end of the training course, to learn the secrets of the tools and machines used for printing to which they will be destined and also to familiarize themselves with other systems. In Bukavu, the students, with their three educators, were welcomed by the Salesians of the work, led by the Rector, Fr Piero Gavioli, who offered them some advice to make their visit profitable from a professional point of view. On May 12, the students visited two printing centers operating in Bukavu, with an academic session that essentially led them to review some notions related to printing training. After the first phase of the visit, the students expressed their satisfaction with the new practical knowledge they gained. They are scheduled to return to Goma on May 14.
