Rome, Italy - 1960s - In this black and white photograph, dating back to the early 1960s and kept in the archives of the Salesian Pontifical University, it is possible to see how the building site of the Pontifical Salesian Athenaeum, in Rome's Nuovo Salario neighborhood, looked at the time. The Athenaeum was in fact transferred to Rome in the first half of the 1960s in order to unify all the Faculties in one location for better mutual collaboration.
