Chiari, Italy - April 2017 - On 2 April more than 1,500 young people from the Salesian Youth Movement of Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, Switzerland and San Marino, gathered at the Salesian Institute of San Bernardino Chiari to take part in #DLDay, an event in honour of Dominic Savio and Laura Vicuña. During the day the participants, placed on imaginary ships, were challenged with different tests, until they completed the journey and received their mission. The best students were awarded the "Palio del DL Day" to be kept in their house until next year’s event.
