Great Britain - Salesian student awarded for his service to the homeless

Bolton, Great Britain - January 2018 - By virtue of his voluntary service to the homeless, Billy Higham, a 7th year student of the Thornleigh Salesian Institute, received the "Certificate of Community Champion" from "SHARE" (Students Homelessness Awareness Raising Enterprise), an initiative of the "Sixth Form College" of Bolton established to improve the condition of the homeless and to raise awareness of the issue in society. Billy first began his volunteer work in elementary school, organizing collections for the benefit of the "Hope4homeless" organization.
