Caacupé, Paraguay - June 2019 - On June 2, in the Basilica Sanctuary of Caacupé, Msgr. Gabriel Escobar, Salesian bishop of the Apostolic Vicariate of Chaco Paraguayo, presided over the Eucharistic celebration of the opening of the Week of Migrants and Refugees in Paraguay, on the theme "There is no peace without respected rights".
