Vilnius, Lithuania - July 2019 - “We can all be friends of Jesus, here on earth and in Heaven. Holiness is available to everyone!” Thus, on 8 July, the Summer Center began in the oratory of the parish of St. John Bosco in Vilnius, Lithuania. The three-week camp ended on July 26th with a big party, saw 486 children and adolescents registered, with a daily attendance of 280 young people, who were led by three full-time Salesians, 32 animators and several parents. The activities at the Salesian house took place four days a week with games according to age groups, sports workshops, singing and manual activities, and a one-day trip. At the end of each day there was always a moment of prayer and reflection linked to the theme of Strenna 2019: "Holiness for you, too", and the person in charge of the oratory presented the life of some saints.
