Lahore, Pakistan - September 14, 2019 - On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the foundation of the Salesian house in Lahore, a Thanksgiving Mass was celebrated, presided over by the Apostolic Nuncio in Pakistan, Msgr. Christophe Zakhia El-Kassis, and by the Archbishop of Lahore, Msgr. Sebastian Shaw. The celebration was attended by students, school and technical staff, boarding students, friends and benefactors, the group of Salesian Cooperators and Salesian candidates. A commemorative plaque of the event was unveiled, an artistic program carried out by young people and the origins of the Salesian work in Pakistan were remembered, in particular the Salesian pioneers Fr Hans and Fr Zago.
