Caracas, Venezuela - February 2020 – On Saturday, 8 February, in the Don Bosco National Temple of Caracas, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, Rector Major of the Salesians, presided over the Eucharist during which the installation of the new Provincial of the “San Luca” Salesian Province took place, namely Fr Rafael Bernardo Montenegro Latouche. Fr Francisco Méndez, former VEN Provincial, Msgr. José Ángel Divassón, Apostolic Vicar Emeritus of Puerto Ayacucho, the Directors of the Salesian works, Salesians, members of the Salesian Family of Venezuela and young people were also present.
