Bogotá, Colombia - February 2020 - The Assembly of Salesians of the Province of Colombia-Bogotá (COB) was held on February 6 at the "León XIII" Salesian College. The meeting was convened by Fr John Jairo Gómez, COB Provincial, and coordinated by Fr Luis Bernardo Mur, with the aim of strengthening "fidelity as consecrated persons" and reflecting on the responsibility of "building safe Salesian environments for protection." Also speaking were Fr Ramiro Morales, SDB, Msgr. Luis Manuel Alí, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Bogotá, and Fr José Arcadio Riaño, SDB.
