Read about Isaac, who survived life in the slums of Nairobi and post-election violence during 2007/2008 to become owner of his own travel agency and volunteer and benefactor at CompassionHeart charity. Or Suntia, who was rescued from abuse by missionaries at the Girls' Shelter of Don Bosco in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Suntia is now studying to be a social worker and help girls who have experienced violence. All these moving and inspiring stories highlight the importance of our Salesian missionaries, who work tirelessly to help young people who are suffering and need guidance.

In synthesis, a small collection of seven real life accounts from young people who have been helped by Salesian missionaries to turn their lives around.
