(ANS - Argenteuil) – The Salesians in France have recently federated all their social works within the "Don Bosco Action Social" network (DBAS), which holds 60 institutions,  and is coordinated by Fr Jean-Marie Petitclerc, SDB. An expert in education and suburbs/inner-cities, founder of the association "Le Valdocco",  and also involved in administrative roles, he spoke to the French Salesian Bulletin, "Don Bosco aujourd'hui" about the challenges of integration in modern cities.

(ANS - Rome) - Gessica Mazza is one of the six secretaries of the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) of Central Italy. Young and determined, she has clear ideas when asked to indicate what the needs of today's youth are. She has no doubts in affirming that the primary need of today's youth is that of being listened to, above all by the Church and by the Salesians.

(ANS - Quito) - For Fr Guillermo Basañes, General Councilor for the Missions, one of the great challenges of missionary work is to walk with young migrants from all over the world, putting into practice the wealth of Salesian identity and charism. While he was in Ecuador, he gave an interview to accompany the course on Missionary Formation taking place at the Salesian Center for Continuing Formation in America (CSFPA).

(ANS - Kafrun) - "Welcome, you are welcome here! Welcome Mella, welcome!" These are the first words that Mariangela Branca, an Italian volunteer, heard in the Salesian oratory of Kafroun, on the border with Lebanon. "To show you affection, children and young people do not get tired of saying, 'I love you!'," she says. "A small group also enjoys teaching me something in Arabic. I'm really fortunate."
