(ANS - Macerata) – Here are six girls actively trying to improve the world from their own neighborhood, convinced that in giving oneself there is nothing but gain: Federica, Mercy, Silvia, Cecilia, Anna and Elena. All have decided to participate in the Civil Service projects of the Salesians of Macerata.

(ANS - Esmeraldas) - From his native Montevideo, Uruguay, Nader Torena, a 23-year-old young man, arrived in Esmeraldas, Ecuador, to carry out his missionary voluntary service in the Salesian community "San Filippo Neri," which works with street kids. Along with his long hair and a full beard, he with his "Salesian baggage" he brings a heart willing to love and a desire to share his life with children and young people who have very little opportunities. Before arriving in Ecuador, Nader had already worked as an oratory teacher and coordinator.

(ANS - Palabek) - The presence of Salesians among South Sudanese refugees in the Palabek refugee camp is one of the emblematic and symbolic presences of the Congregation on a global level. Dr Lazar Arasu is on the front line, with many years of mission in the country behind him.

(ANS - Cochabamba) - Roswita Maus is the Project Manager of the Salesian NGO "Don Bosco Mondo", based in Bonn, Germany. Recently Roswitha visited the Salesian Province of Bolivia to learn about projects funded by the NGO and others they are looking to start.
