Brazil - Veterinary medicine students donate 300 pounds of food to NGOs in the region
Campo Grande, Brazil - March 2020 - Students of the 1st year of the Veterinary Medicine course, at the Salesian University "UniSALESIANO", donated about 300 kilos of pet food to the NGOs "APA Maria Fernanda", from Araçatuba, and "Anjo Animal", by Birigui. In addition to food, various materials were donated that are useful for caring for animals, collected in an action of solidarity at the beginning of the year. According to the Director of the Veterinary Hospital, Prof. Tatiane Poló, it is important that the campaign continues, because, due to social isolation, NGOs are experiencing difficulties.
