Czech Republic - Salesian Youth Center of České Budějovice distributes masks and medical material
České Budějovice, Czech Republic - April 2020 - After the closure of its activities, decreed by the government to contain the spread of the coronavirus, the Salesian Youth Center of České Budějovice, directed by Ondřej Trojek, has decided to make the Salesian center's vehicle available for the distribution of masks and various medical materials. Within a few days, the news spread not only among the friends of the youth center but also among the volunteers who work outside and who donated homemade masks and various materials to the center. The center distributed materials throughout the region, and decided to focus especially on the truck drivers and staff working in the border area, customs officers and policemen at the border crossings, distributing 3,000 masks to them.
