Ethiopia - A spiritual song by youth of Mary Help of Christians parish in Addis Ababa
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia - April 2020 - Salesians in Ethiopia are responding to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic through humanitarian aid and various initiatives in favor of the population. The young people of the Parish of Mary Help of Christians in Addis Ababa have conceived another initiative by composing a spiritual song, a song of mercy entitled "Lord, take us back". The song, which was recorded in Mekanissa's "Bosco Studio" and published on the "Bosco Records" YouTube channel, has already been viewed by thousands of people and has even made an appearance on a national television channel (Walta TV). The song was composed and sung by two members of the parish choir who, given the success of the initiative, intend to produce other songs.
