Tanzania - Students of "Don Bosco Oysterbay" produce masks

06 May 2020

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania - May 2020 - The students of the Tailoring Course of the Salesian center "Don Bosco Oysterbay", in Dar es Salaam, are producing masks to be sold at lower prices than the ones currently on the market. The average price for a face protection device is in fact 3 USD and is too high for most people. Thus, the boys of Don Bosco Oysterbay, under the guidance of the center's director, are producing masks with the aim of selling them for only 50 cents. The demand for the purchase of masks - as well as hand sanitizers - is very high in the city, but it is often not easy to find these materials.
