Jerusalem, Israel - June 2020 - On June 14, seven members of the Salesian community of Ratisbonne, belonging to five different Provinces of four countries, were ordained deacons. The ceremony was presided over by Archbishop Pierbattista Pizzaballa, O.F.M., Apostolic Administrator of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, concelebrated by Msgr. Giacinto-Boulos Marcuzzo, Auxiliary Bishop and Patriarchal Vicar of Jerusalem, Fr Emmanuele Vezzoli, SDB, Vicar of the Salesian Province of the Middle East (MOR), and Fr Stannislaus Swammikannu, SDB, director of Ratisbonne.
