03 July 2020

Comayagüela, Honduras - June 2020 - Since the beginning of the quarantine for the COVID-19 pandemic, the "Mary Help of Christians" parish has received several donations from benefactors. This time the donation was made by the "Honduras Energy Company." The company delivered bags of cereals and other basic necessities with which to package a thousand food parcels. Each of these parcels contained beans, rice, flour, pasta, tomato sauce, sugar, soap, and other various goods. They were packaged by a group of young people from the Salesian youth volunteer program. A thousand families benefited from this donation, divided into the five chapels of the parish territory of the Salesian work.
