Guayaquil, Ecuador - September 2020 - On 26 September, in the parish of "El Bastión de María", the Salesian Marcelo Tigrero was ordained a priest by the laying of hands and the consecratory prayer of Msgr. Alfredo Espinoza Mateus, Archbishop of Quito and Primate of Ecuador. Present at the ceremony were Fr Francisco Sánchez, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Ecuador (ECU) and his Vicar Fr Ángel Lazo, together with Salesians, family members and friends.
