Indonesia - Salesians donate food and disinfectant packs to the poor
Jakarta, Indonesia - September 2020 - The Salesians of the "St Luigi Versiglia" Vice Province of Indonesia (INA) are carrying out various initiatives to combat the pandemic and its consequences. In Sumba, the Salesian community, with the help of aspirants and pre-novices, has prepared disinfectant soap to be distributed to people in various villages and NGOs. In addition, in Tigaraksa, the Salesian community has packed food packages for the poor families of the neighborhood, for workers and for an orphanage for disabled children.
