Guatemala - Salesian parish of San Benito distributes food to needy
San Benito, Guatemala - December 2020 - In these times of pandemic, the Salesian parish of San Benito, in the Petén Department, is carrying out the distribution of food packages to the needy. In recent months, the Salesian missionaries, together with the parish volunteer groups, have reached over 100 families in need. This initiative is possible thanks to the support of “Misiones Salesianas”, the Salesian Mission Office of Madrid, and the NGO “Canadian Food for Children”.
