Asunción, Paraguay - December 2020 - On Saturday 12 December, Fr Francisco Miranda presided over the Eucharistic celebration in the "Señor de las Palmas" chapel, "Domenico Savio" parish, wherein the act of recognition and the assumption of command of Anahí Duarte and Gerardo Ortellado as the new National Heads of the “Exploradores Paraguayos de Don Bosco” for 2020/2022 took place.
