Argentina - Summer Youth Volunteer Project #CallejeandoLaEsperanza

Buenos Aires, Argentina - January 2021 - On January 4, the "Callejeando la Esperanza" (Strolling Hope) project was launched, an initiative of summer youth volunteer work in which animators, male and female, of the works of the cities of Buenos Aires and its surroundings, Neuquén and Cipolletti, participate. The proposal, promoted by the Youth Ministry of the South Argentina Salesian Province (ARS), has the objective of giving young people a community experience of service throughout the month of January. Some of the activities that are carried out are: distribution of basic necessities and food; assistance in emergency refectories; patrols to find people in street situations and bring them food; oratorian days in public spaces.
