Mexico – First formation session for 7 aspirants of Salesian Missionary Volunteer Service
Colima, Mexico - March 2021 - The first training session for 7 aspirants of the Salesian Missionary Volunteer Service (VMS) took place on 6 March at the Salesian house in Colima, in different local, summer and annual modalities. The participants, mostly from the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM), had a socialization meeting organized by the Salesian trainee Miguel Ponce, in presence, at the “Fray Pedro” school, in compliance with anti-contagion security measures. For the Salesian work of Colima it is very important to collaborate in the formation of volunteers and this is why this accompanying proposal "School for Volunteers" was established, where young people receive the necessary tools to respond to their mission in accordance with the VMS guidelines of the Mexico-Guadalajara Province (MEG).
