Brazil - April 2021 - The III Pastoral Meeting of the Salesian Network of Schools and the II National Youth Ministry Seminar took place from 8 to 10 April in the form of a webinar; its theme: “Salesian Communities: Generators of life, faith and vocational discernment in youth realities”. The meeting is aimed at Provincials, directors and rectors of schools and social works, provincial pastoral coordinators, educational consultants, pedagogical coordinators, SYM youth and groups of the Salesian Family. The event was opened by Fr Miguel Ángel García Morcuende, General Councilor for Youth Ministry (YM), and by Sister Runita Borja, from the YM Sector of the FMA, followed by the testimonies of two young people from the SYM who described how the Salesian community has transformed their lives. Then Msgr. Eduardo Pinheiro, SDB, bishop of Jaboticabal, presented the theme: “How can Salesian communities help young people to be enchanted by life, in the light of Christus Vivit?”. After a moment of dialogue, the board of directors of the RSB Scuole concluded the first day.
