Haiti - Archbishop of Port-au-Prince visits "St. Francis de Sales" Institute of Philosophy
Port-au-Prince, Haiti - May 2021 - On 24th May, on the occasion of the Feast Day of Mary Help of Christians, the Institute of Philosophy "St Francis de Sales", received a visit from the Archbishop of Port-au-Prince, Mons. Max Leroy Mésidor. After the Eucharistic celebration animated by the Institute's students, Msgr. Leroy visited the premises of the institute, opened in October 1996 to respond to the urgent need for the formation of young religious and lay people. It should be noted that the Institute of Philosophy "St. Francis de Sales" is a center of higher studies of the Salesian Vice Province of Haiti (HAI), established and administered according to the prescriptions of the Holy See on the subject of ecclesiastical study centers.
