Ethiopia – TVET Graduation at Don Bosco Mekanissa
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – 7 August 2021 – August 7 was a day of great rejoicing at Don Bosco TVET College Mekanissa, where 174 students of the college graduated in four fields of study (Welding, Machine Operation, Graphic Design, Electrical Installations). The students belonged to different categories. Some of them are regular students of 3-year courses; others from short-term courses lasting four months, and the third category are the night-class students. The day was a moment of achievement for all the students as they were extremely grateful to Don Bosco for the training that they have received at the Don Bosco Center. The college is in a period of expansion as there is a future plan of starting soft-skill training in the coming academic year. The college has already received the license for offering courses in Accounting, Marketing and Secretarial operations.
