Papua New Guinea - The musical "Come help us" by the students of the Don Bosco Technical School

Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea - September 2021 – A musical entitled “Come help us” was staged by 250 students from the Don Bosco Technical School in Port Moresby. The performance, directed by Rica Lavilla and written by Emile Novotna and Jana, is divided into three parts: Don Bosco's dream for Oceania; the first Salesian missionaries in Papua New Guinea; and a brief history of the Don Bosco Technical School. Accompanying the show was also a presentation of images provided by Bro. Reto Wanner, SDB, and addresses by the Archbishop Emeritus of Rabaul and Msgr. Francesco Panfilo, SDB, on some historical moments of the Salesian school.
