Recife, Brazil - November 2021 - On 6 November yet another edition of the Salesian Youth Festival took place, called #FJSEMCASA, promoted by the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) of Recife. The event, due to the pandemic, took place online on the YouTube channel "Salesianos Nordeste", and was broadcast live from the courtyard of the chapel of the Brazilian-Recife (BRE) Province house, with over a thousand people online. Shows, entertainment, competitive dances, and spiritual moments marked the event, presented by Francisco D’Lucas, Vitória Martins, and Clívia Andrade, and animated by the young people of João Pessoa's SYM. The event was also attended by Fr Nivaldo Pessinatti, Provincial of BRE, Fr Francisco Inácio, Provincial Delegate for Youth Ministry, Sr. Claudiane Cavalcante, Delegate for Youth Ministry of the FMA, Fr Daniel Brandão, coordinator of SYM-Northeast, and various Salesians and members of the SYM who prepared the event.
