Machakos, Kenya - February 2022 - The Salesian work "Don Bosco Nzaikoni" has initiated and trained a team of young volunteers called "Agape Youth Animators", with the aim of strengthening the Salesian mission and spreading Salesian spirituality among young people. Through reaching out and empowering young people, the intention is to make them become young apostles, to engage and train them in leadership and Christian life skills. The team was officially introduced and commissioned by Msgr. Norman King'oo, Bishop of the Diocese of Machakos, on the feast day of Don Bosco and is already receiving invitations for programs and discussions in all parishes of the diocese.
