Ecuador - Achuar young leaders deepen Rector Major's 2022 Strenna’s theme: "Do all through love, nothing through constraint"
Wasakentsa, Ecuador - July 12, 2022 - The Achuar Young Leaders Meeting is taking place in Wasakentsa with the participation of 75 girls and boys who arrived accompanied by their catechists. The meeting focused on the theme of the Strenna 2022 of Rector Major, Fr. Ángel Fernández Artime: "Do all through love, nothing through constraint." The activities are led and accompanied by the animators: Jhoel Quiñonez of the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) of La Kennedy; Maritza Navarrete, of the SYM of the "Fr. Luis Bozza" Oratory in Macas; Micaela Tonello, of the SYM of the "Sánchez y Cifuentes" Institute in Ibarra; Ángel Suqui, SYM technical secretary; and the volunteers, SDB and FMA, of the Wasakentsa Mission.
