Italy - Perpetual profession of five Salesians from different parts of the world
Messina, Italy - November 2022 - On November 1, in the Cathedral Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta in Messina, Fr. Giovanni D'Andrea, Provincial of the Salesians of Sicily and Tunisia (ISI), presided over the Eucharistic celebration during which five Salesians made their perpetual profession. The newly professed come from different parts of the world: Pius Kayanja from Uganda (AGL), Antonio Lauretta from Modica, Italy (ISI), Alexandre Majambere from Burundi (AGL), Titus Mwau Mutisya from Kenya (AFE), and Patrick Mwenya from Congo (AFC).
