Srilanka - Don Bosco Cambridge English Academy marks historic milestone in Arambegama

Arambegama, Srilanka – June 2025 - On June 29, 2025, 60 Buddhist students from the Arambegama mission territory appeared for the Cambridge Final Exam for the first time, marking a historic achievement for the Don Bosco Cambridge English Academy. This milestone is the result of six years of groundwork, one year of focused preparation, and the perseverance to overcome numerous challenges with faith and determination. Special recognition goes to Fr. Thomas, the visionary Rector, and to Fr. Jesudashan, Fr. Paul, Br. Sanjeewa, and Br. Jipson, whose dedication and hard work made this dream a reality. By imparting not only knowledge but also life-changing inspiration, the Salesians have empowered these students with a new vision for their future.
