Salmiya, Kuwait – September 2025 - On August 23, 2025, the Salesian Institution ‘Indian English Academy School’ (IEAS) in Salmiya, Kuwait, hosted an inspiring seminar titled “The Don Bosco Way”, led by Fr Peter Gonsalves. The seminar aimed to delve into the life and vision of St. John Bosco, a saint renowned for his dedication to the welfare and education of youth. Fr Gonsalves shared valuable insights into Don Bosco’s Preventive System of Education, a method rooted in reason, religion, and loving-kindness, offering a timeless approach to mentoring and guiding young people. The session not only enlightened educators, parents, and mentors but also served as a call to become companions in the journey of the young—guiding them with patience, protecting them with kindness, and encouraging them with love. Participants left the seminar enriched and inspired, with a renewed sense of responsibility to bring these values into their daily lives—whether at school, at home, or in society.
