Guayaquil, Ecuador - August 19, 2017 – On Saturday, August 19, Salesian Diego Rodríguez received priestly ordination in the parish of Domingo Savio of Guayaquil. The Eucharist was presided over by bishop Alfredo Espinoza, the bishop of the diocese, accompanied by Luis Sánchez, emeritus bishop of Machala; also present: Fr Francisco Sánchez, Provincial; Fr Robert García, Vicar; Salesian Brothers, friends and family.
