Brazil - Diaconal Ordination of 12 Salesians
Sao Paulo, Brazil - February 2018 – On Saturday 3 February, Mgr. Eduardo Pinheiro da Silva, SDB, bishop of Jaboticabal, presided over the Eucharist and the rite of the diaconal ordination of 12 Salesians: five from the Brazil-São Paulo Province, four from Recife, and one each from Manaus, Campo Grande and Belo Horizonte. Also present was the Councilor for the America South Cone Region, Fr Natale Vitali, and the representatives of all the Provinces involved.
